Puppy must be paid for in full by the delivery date or all deposits and payments and all claims to the puppy will be forfeited.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, unless the puppy you have chosen dies or becomes unsaleable while in our care.

Health/Genetic Guarantee:

• Puppy must be seen by a vet within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.  Failure to have the puppy seen within this time frame voids the guarantee.  The puppy is guaranteed to be free of Parvo and/or Distemper for a period of 5 days.  If the puppy is found to have either of these diseases, the buyer must contact the seller within 8 hours of this finding and return the puppy to the seller within 48 hours of the finding.  After return of the puppy and all original paperwork signed back over to the seller, along with a signed vet statement, the seller will replace the puppy when one of equal value becomes available.  Any shipping expenses and vet bills are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• This puppy is guaranteed for 2 years against congenital defects that will affect the quality of life of the puppy as a pet.  If a defect is found within 2 years of contract date, the buyer must notify the seller as soon as possible, provide the seller with a signed vet statement of the defect, and return the dog to the seller within 7 days.  All original paperwork must also be signed back over to the seller.  If the buyer chooses to keep the dog, the buyer also takes all responsibility in the care of the dog and vet expenses.  The seller may choose to give the buyer a discount on another puppy, but is not obligated to do so, if the buyer chooses to keep the dog.  No refunds will be given.
• This guarantee does not cover conditions that are considered normal within the Chihuahua breed:  luxating patellas of grade 1 or grade 2, umbilical hernias, inguinal hernias that are expected to self-heal, or skin allergies.  It also does not cover physical disabilities resulting from injury or neglect.
• Seller is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred by the buyer.
• At the delivery date, this puppy will have received proper vaccinations and de-worming appropriate for it's age.
• Partial refunds will not be considered. 
• This guarantee does not cover Coccidia/Giardia:  Many puppies are prone to outbreaks of either Coccidia and/or Giardia under stressful circumstances.  The symptoms can arise within a 12 hour period and cannot always be prevented by the seller because there are no signs until the puppy is stressed and its immune system drops.  All precautions have been taken, but the buyer should take the puppy to the vet immediately if the puppy develops unusual stool, begins vomiting, or has loss of appetite.  Bordetella and hypoglycemia are also not covered.  Under no circumstances will the seller be responsible for loss or death due to hypoglycemia.  We also do not sell our puppies to be "worm-free", as this is an ongoing process that, once the animal is out of our control, is the responsibility of the new owner.
• It has come to our attention that some vets do not want to recognize shots that were not given in their office and care.  To allow a vet to give these shots all over again is detrimental to the health of such a small dog.  If you allow your vet to start these shots over, we will not be responsible for the health of the dog.

Seller makes no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy.  On the contrary, the seller encourages the buyer to have the puppy spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.  Spayed and neutered puppies make much better pets.

This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not met.

Please also note that if at any time during the lifetime of your pet you find that you can no longer keep him/her, I would like to be notified so that I can have the first opportunity to reacquire the dog.  I cannot always buy back a dog or puppy, but each and every puppy born and raised here is welcome to return here at any time in his/her lifetime.

By signing, the buyer agrees that he/she has read the above contract and does agree with all terms.  Any disputes with the seller shall take place in the city of Montgomery City, MO.
